We were the first Internet Retailer
of the Snoozer brand name and have been on
the Internet almost since its commercial inception. Probably for
that reason many people think we are the manufacturer or the only
Internet retailer for Snoozer pet products. They often buy from
other sources but forget who and call us for refunds or exchanges for
products they purchased from someone else. Please before you call,
be sure who you purchased from. Only that store can give back the
money you gave it. If you ordered on the Internet, this
information should be in an email you received at the time of your
order. Sometimes, but not always, it is in the box with the
product you purchased, or in the charge on your credit card bill.
